You want to stop “Super Sub” now, right? Italy’s “Famous Moon” is singing

AC Milan is considering re-entry of Brahim Diaz.

British ‘Tribuna’ quoted Italy’s ‘Gazeta Delo Sport’ on the 16th (Korea Standard Time) and said, “AC Milan are interested in returning Díaz to the team.”

Midfielder Diaz, born in 1999, was a “luxury prospect” that Manchester City along with Phil Foden and Jadon Sancho had been looking forward to. However, he did not stand out in the first-team league, which is full of “World Classes,” and Real Madrid, which had been keeping an eye on his potential, joined the Spanish league.

Although he was not a regular starter, he started receiving opportunities through rotation resources. The final record in the 2018-19 season was one goal and one assist in 11 games. However, his playing time did not increase even in the second year of the 2019-20 season, and he eventually left for Italy’s prestigious AC Milan.

His loan with AC Milan was a “huge success of 비아마켓.” Although he displayed ups and downs until the second year (he extended his contract by two more years after one year’s loan), he spent the high season recovering his performance in the third year of the 2022-23 season. Having solidified his position in the team, AC Milan scored seven goals and eight assists in 44 matches during that season, recording 15 offensive points for the first time since his debut as a pro. Thanks to his performance, AC Milan also had a successful season in its own way, reaching the semifinals of the UEFA Champions League.

Diaz came back from a three-year loan spell. His growth was tremendous. Having played in 44 matches (22 matches as a substitute), he scored 12 goals and eight assists to complete the role of “super Joker” 100 percent. Thanks to his performance, he also won the title of the Real League and the UCL, keeping the pride of La Liga. He also scored one goal and one assist in the second round of La Liga against Real Valladolid, contributing to his team’s 3-0 complete victory.

Showing competitive edge as a “super serve,” AC Milan still miss him. “AC Milan will seek Diaz’s transfer through the winter transfer window. However, he is not interested in signing a loan deal. If he leaves, he will completely transfer to a club that can further his career,” the media reported.
